Digital Delivery Policy

Explains how virtual products, software licenses, SaaS access, project outputs and support services are delivered.

Delivery method

Orders are generally delivered digitally through the customer portal, email, download link, license key, project repository, live environment access, support ticket or written handover record.

Physical shipping applies only if expressly stated for the relevant product or quotation. Otherwise no shipping fee or physical delivery process applies.

Delivery time

Ready digital products and licenses may be delivered automatically or after manual verification following payment confirmation. Delivery timelines for custom projects, installation, integrations and consulting are stated in the quotation or project plan.

Missing customer information, payment verification, security checks, domain, hosting, third-party API or pending customer approvals may affect delivery time.

Access responsibility

The customer must provide correct email, billing, domain, server, API, account and authorization information. Delays caused by incorrect or missing information are not Netiva Software delivery delays.

The customer is responsible for protecting delivered digital access, license keys and portal accounts.
