Corporate Website Cost in 2026: 7 Factors That Drive the Price
Page count, design approach, languages, integrations and maintenance decide what a corporate website costs. Here are realistic 2026 price ranges and what to check when comparing quotes.

"How much does a corporate website cost?" has no single answer. Seeing a fivefold difference between two quotes is common, because two agencies are rarely pricing the same work. This article explains the seven factors behind the price and gives realistic 2026 price ranges, so you can compare quotes properly and plan your budget from the start.
1. Number of pages and content structure
A five-page brochure site and a site with a page per service, a blog and case studies do not take the same effort. Every page means design, layout, mobile checks and SEO settings. Draft your page list (home, about, services, contact and so on) before asking for quotes.
2. Theme-based or custom design?
Adapting a proven design base to your brand is fast and affordable and often enough for small businesses. Custom design starts with user flows and page templates that are coded after your approval. It costs more, but it sets you apart and can be built around conversions.
3. Admin panel and content updates
Being able to edit content yourself means you do not pay the agency for every small change. Ask exactly which areas the admin panel covers: "it has a panel" does not always mean you can change everything.
4. Number of languages
A second language is more than translated text. Each language needs its own URLs, hreflang tags and localised titles and descriptions. If you target customers abroad, planning multilingual structure up front is cheaper than adding it later.
5. Integrations
Sending form leads to a CRM, booking systems, pulling products or prices from an ERP, online payments: each integration is separate development and testing. Mention future integrations early so the foundation is built for them.
6. SEO and performance
A site that does not show up on Google will not reach your customers. Technical SEO (heading structure, meta tags, sitemap, structured data) and speed optimisation are cheap when built in, and expensive to retrofit.
7. Hosting, maintenance and support
Costs continue after launch: domain, hosting, SSL, security updates and backups. Make sure the scope and length of post-launch support are written into the quote.
