KVKK Information Notice

Under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), Netiva Software, as data controller, explains below how it processes your personal data.

Data processed, purposes and legal grounds

  • Identity and contact (name, email, phone, company): replying to requests, quotes and communication. Legal ground: necessary to enter into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
  • Customer and transaction (account, orders, services, domain, hostname, SSH key): setting up, running, renewing and supporting services. Legal ground: performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c).
  • Billing (Turkish ID/passport no, tax no, address): invoicing and tax obligations. Legal ground: required by law and legal obligation (Art. 5/2-a and ç).
  • Transaction security (IP address, device and browser details, device fingerprint, interaction signals, ad click IDs): security and prevention of fraudulent clicks and abuse. Legal ground: legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
  • Marketing and measurement (analytics and advertising cookies): measuring site usage and ad performance. Legal ground: explicit consent (Art. 5/1), given in the cookie banner.

How data is collected

Data is collected electronically, by automatic or partly automatic means, through site forms, account and order screens, email and phone correspondence, and cookies and similar technologies.

Transfers

Transfers abroad are made in line with the procedures and safeguards in Article 9 of the KVKK.

  • Contabo GmbH (Germany): site and database hosting, transfer abroad.
  • İyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.: card payments.
  • Google and Meta Platforms: measurement, advertising and social sign-in; with your explicit consent or at your choice when signing in, transfer abroad.
  • Public authorities: where legally required.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to:

  • learn whether your personal data is processed,
  • request information about the processing,
  • learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose,
  • know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred,
  • request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
  • request erasure or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
  • request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to,
  • object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
  • claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

How to apply

To exercise your rights, email info@netivasoftware.com with information that verifies your identity, or apply in writing. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days; if the request involves additional cost, the fee set by the Board may apply.
