Privacy Policy

This policy explains the personal data processed by Netiva Software (“Netiva”, “we”) through netivasoftware.com and how cookies are used. Personal data is processed in line with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). See also our KVKK Information Notice.

What we collect

  • Contact and project request forms: name, email, phone, company name and what you write about your project.
  • Accounts: name, email address and password (stored in a non-reversible form). If you sign in with Google or Facebook, your name and email are received from that account.
  • Hosting and server orders: billing details (name or company name, tax number, Turkish ID or passport number, address, phone) and order details (domain, hostname, public SSH key, plan and add-ons).
  • Payments: card details are processed by the payment institution iyzico; Netiva never sees or stores your card number.
  • Security and ad click protection: IP address, browser and device details, device fingerprint, time on page and interaction signals, ad click IDs (e.g. gclid, fbclid).
  • Usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies”).

Why we use it

  • to reply to your requests, prepare quotes and contact you,
  • to create and manage your account and verify your email address,
  • to take, set up, renew, invoice and support hosting and server orders,
  • to keep the site secure and detect fraudulent clicks and abuse,
  • with your consent, to measure site usage and the performance of our ads,
  • to meet legal obligations (invoicing, tax, requests from authorities).

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies and browser storage (session, language, theme, cart and your cookie choice) are always used; the site cannot work without them.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and marketing (Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) cookies are only enabled if you consent in the cookie banner. Without consent, Google tags may send limited signals without cookies or personal identifiers.

You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings. A record of your consent is kept on our servers as proof.

Who we share it with

Transfers to Contabo, Google and Meta are transfers abroad and are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. We do not sell your data.

  • Hosting: our site and database servers run on Contabo GmbH (Germany) infrastructure.
  • Payments: card payments are taken through İyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. (iyzico).
  • Measurement and advertising: Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, Google sign-in) and Meta Platforms (Pixel, Conversions API, Facebook sign-in), subject to your cookie consent.
  • Public authorities: where required by law.

How long we keep it

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires. Invoices and contract records are kept for the period required by tax and commercial law (generally 10 years). After that, data is erased, destroyed or anonymised.

Security

Connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored in a non-reversible form and access to the admin panel is restricted. No system is risk-free; in the event of a breach, notifications required by the KVKK are made.
