Parties

The seller or service provider is Netiva Software, located in Istanbul, Türkiye, contactable at info@netivasoftware.com and help@netivasoftware.com. The buyer is the person or organization whose details are entered during order, quotation, account or payment processes.

The order screen, invoice details, payment record and any quotation document form part of this agreement.

Subject

This agreement concerns the remote sale and performance of websites, software, digital licenses, SaaS subscriptions, integrations, maintenance, support, consulting or project services.

Product name, quantity, price, tax, payment method, delivery method and subscription period are shown in the order summary or quotation.

Delivery and performance

Digital products and services are delivered electronically. Performance begins when license or access information is supplied, downloadable files are opened, SaaS accounts are activated or service work starts.

Delays in technical information, access or approvals required from the customer may affect delivery and project schedules.

Withdrawal and exceptions

Mandatory consumer withdrawal rights remain reserved. Where digital content delivery or service performance starts with customer consent, withdrawal may be unavailable or limited under legal exceptions.

Refund and cancellation requests are also evaluated under the Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy.

Complaints and disputes

Complaints, support, refund or contract requests may be sent to help@netivasoftware.com. Consumer authority and court remedies remain reserved where applicable.

The parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith communication and technical review.
