License and Digital Product Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchased digital products or software licenses grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited right of use. Ownership and intellectual property rights remain with Netiva Software or the relevant rights holder.

The license is limited by user, domain, project, term and purpose stated on the product page, quotation, order summary, contract or delivery document.

Unauthorized copying, resale, rental, sublicensing, sharing of source code, publishing license keys or bypassing technical controls is prohibited.

The product may not be used for unlawful activity, privacy violations, spam, malware or infringement of third-party rights.

Update, maintenance and support periods are stated on the product page, quotation or subscription plan. Third-party software, hosting, domain, API, payment provider or customer-side issues may be outside scope.

Netiva Software may apply license validation, version changes and access controls for security, compatibility and product quality.

If license terms are breached, access may be suspended, licenses cancelled, support stopped and legal rights reserved.

Refund requests are evaluated under the Refund Policy considering activation, download, access and use status.
